Taopatch® in Osteopathy

During a recent interview with "TV7 con Voi", Dr. Fabio Fontana and D.O. Giampiero Scarcioni discussed the benefits of integrating nanotechnology and osteopathy, emphasizing how this combination can bring a significant improvement in the well-being of patients.

Dr. Fontana highlighted how nanotechnology represents an ideal complement to osteopathy, explaining that "the combination of the two, therefore using nanotechnology during the physiotherapy and osteopathic session and then as a maintenance of the results obtained, greatly increases the patient's well-being in terms of pain control and prevention of the return of tension".

Taopatch® nanotechnological devices emit a specific light that promotes neuroceptive rebalancing, improving communication between brain and body. They are mini light therapy lasers that, applied to systemic points of the body where there are nerve endings that stimulate energy production and optimize the connection between the central nervous system and the rest of the body.

The benefits that light therapy can give to the body have long been known and one of these is the analgesic effect. Taopatch® was created with the aim of removing muscle hypertone, i.e. the chronic tension that often leads to recurrent pain. Reducing this tension helps to prolong the benefits of the treatment, which is why the device is used both in the office and at home to maintain the postural results obtained.

A key aspect discussed was in fact the prolonged effect of nanotechnology on the benefits of osteopathic sessions. As stated by Dr. Fontana, "nanotechnology prolongs the effect, amplifies and helps maintain results over time, a very important aspect for the patient who invests time, energy and money in biophysical therapies".

Dr. Fontana also explained: "Nanotechnology reaches where osteopathy cannot reach, which is that of following the patient at home, and osteopathy acts where manual treatment is necessary to then also facilitate the continuity of the work of the device".

In support of this vision, Dr. Scarcioni, osteopath and Taopatch® applicator, explained how osteopathy is a health discipline that is based on manual techniques to interpret and achieve therapeutic goals with the patient. He highlighted that osteopathy, "supported by the use of nanotechnology, helps the body to react better, favoring a gentler, less invasive and highly performing therapeutic effect". He highlighted how this synergy allows for a more comprehensive approach to patient well-being: "With the combined use of manual techniques and nanotechnological devices, the patient can maintain the benefits obtained between sessions, reducing the need for frequent interventions and improving long-term quality of life."

According to Scarscioni, thanks to nanotechnology it is possible to obtain a result that no traditional clinic can offer and adds: "In the past I treated patients with traditional osteopathic techniques obtaining excellent results. However, with the use of Taopatch®, I am now able to achieve the same benefits more quickly and effectively."

During the episode, the doctors also discussed the support offered by the combination of osteopathy and nanotechnology in the treatment of conditions such as PMS. A study has shown that the joint use of manual therapy with the TOUCH therapy ring and Taopatch® can significantly reduce symptoms, decreasing stress and improving overall well-being

In conclusion, the interview with Dr. Fontana and Dr. Scarcioni offered an innovative perspective on how nanotechnology can enhance the effectiveness of osteopathy, opening up new opportunities for more personalized and effective treatments. Their vision promotes an integrated therapeutic approach, where the osteopath's manual skills are combined with technological support to ensure lasting well-being for patients.
