Our tips
Here are some useful tricks to® maintain its optimal state and to preserve it in the best possible way:
- Before wearing the devices, we recommend that you cleanse your skin and choose the patch tape according to the sensitivity of your skin. In case of irritation, remove the patch, cleanse, let the skin breathe and choose a hypoallergenic patch. It is recommended that you ask your applicator where to move the device to.
- We recommend sanitizing your devices using neutral soaps or non-alcohol-based sanitizers. Alcohol could damage the aesthetic appearance of the devices. In our e-commerce you can find the perfect product to sanitize your devices on a daily basis.
- Store Taopatch® devices in a cool, dry place, away from excessive heat.
- Remember to store your devices in the appropriate case only after gently removing the patch tape and taking care to insert the devices in the two dedicated slots.
- Close the case securely.
Choose the most suitable patch tape with Dr. Fontana
In this video, Dr. Fontana presents the Taopatch® patch tapes for optimal fixation of devices. Discover their characteristics and choose the one that best suits your skin. Remember that it is important to always cleanse the skin before application and to replace the patch tape regularly (TRANSPORE or MICROPORE every 24 or 48 hours or SKIN every 4 days) to avoid accumulation of toxins between the tape and the skin that could cause any irritation. The best way not to have this problem a priori is to have plenty of hydration. Drinking a glass of water every hour or 30ml per kilogram of body weight facilitates the expulsion of toxins from our body, making Taopatch's® light therapy work more effective.

The warranty can be activated on START, PRO, PLATINUM, SPORT, EMOTION, MINI, TMJ, PHYSIO, STRIPES, FOCUS, FOOT, DEFENSE models and is not applicable to previous version Taopatch® devices (Taopatch®, F.A.S.I.QU.E. ® etc.).
It is important to keep the receipt relating to the purchase of the devices (e.g. tax receipt / receipt) to request the application of the warranty. The warranty is valid only if it is accompanied by the purchase receipt.
The warranty does not cover theft or loss of the device(s).
The warranty does not apply in the event of damage caused by negligence, use not in accordance with the instructions provided, tampering, modification of the product, damage due to accidental causes or negligence of the purchaser.
We will carry out a thorough examination in our laboratory to ensure that the product has not been used in any way other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
