The Science of Light Therapy

Taopatch® was created to combine the effects of low-intensity laser photobiomodulation, with a technology and support that allows ultra-weak and continuous administration, breaking the patterns that provided for repeated cycles of sessions at centers or the purchase of expensive and bulky instruments for home use as the only way of administering these therapies.

This brings advantages never seen before, since, especially in rehabilitation and neuroplasticity, it is the continuity of therapy that accelerates the recovery processes.

Each wavelength used to design Taopatch® has an immense scientific bibliography.

We list just a few referring to the main results that photobiomodulation has shown, for the treatment of several common disorders.

The scientific bibliography on light therapy counted over 60,000 studies when Taopatch® was born, today at the beginning of 2023 there are more than 135,000 scientific publications on the benefits of photobiomodulation for human health.

This immense scientific bibliography is divided into the main keywords (photobiomodulation, phototherapy, LLLT low level laser therapy, ULLLT, Redlight therapy, near, middle and far infrared therapy, photostimulation, bright light therapy, blu light therapy etc ...).

Most commonly used drugs do not boast such a large number of scientific studies. This makes light therapy and photobiomodulation not only a widely recommended therapy but also considered a therapy without side effects.
