2025: A year full of light and Taopatch® innovation!
2025 was nothing short of a brilliant year for Tao Technologies, which continued its mission to change the way we treat ourselves in the world with the innovation of Taopatch® nanotechnology.
We have inaugurated a new frontier of light therapy, The Age of Pulse, thanks to an extraordinary tool capable of emitting pulsed light for a more complete and even more effective treatment: Taopatch® BODY STATION PULSE. At the same time, we have introduced a revolutionary approach to well-being through the use of molecular hydrogen and oxygen with Taopatch® PHOTONIC BREATH, the breath that heals, opening up new and promising perspectives in the therapeutic field.
On the research front, 2025 saw the publication of further studies and research on Taopatch® nanotechnology in dental, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sleep rehabilitation, consolidating the scientific validity of the device.
In the academic field, for the second time, Taopatch® has been included in the II level Master in Sports Posturology of the University of Enna Kore. Two new collaborations have also been established with the San Raffaele University of Rome and the University of Perugia with, respectively, a PhD and a first-level master's degree.
Dr. Fabio Fontana's commitment to scientific research and the promotion of well-being was celebrated with the awarding of the prestigious Golden Lion of Merit for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Medicine, awarded in Venice at the Palazzo della Regione.
The news received wide media coverage, as did Taopatch® nanotechnology during the year, thanks also to the presence of Dr. Fontana in major broadcasts, including Zeus on Sky Italia and Destinazione Futuro on Rai IsoRadio.
The world of sport has given great satisfaction, proving once again that "impossible" is just a word. Athletes have overcome physical and mental limits, also supported by Taopatch® nanotechnology:
The swimming champion Carlotta Gilli received the Winter Flower award in Castelfranco Veneto, distinguishing herself in the Sport category for her extraordinary results at national and world level.
The athlete of the National Ski Team Asja Zenere signed his first Top 10 in the World Cup at Copper Mountain, finishing ninth and overcoming a significant knee pain thanks also to the support of Taopatch®.
In the legendary scenario of Monza, Andrea Fontana won the Italian GT Cup PRO-AM title at the wheel of the Lamborghini Huracán ST Evo2, overcoming the challenges of the season with the support of Taopatch®.
The Italian athlete Alexandra Troiani, who on June 21 became the second fastest four-hundred-meter runner in Italian history and at the European Championships contributed to the Italian record in the 4x400 mixed relay.
The Fairies of Italy thrilled again with Giulia Perotti, Absolute Italian Champion and the youngest athlete to qualify in the floor exercise at the World Championships. Alice D'Amato won second place overall and gold on the uneven bars, confirming herself as an icon of the specialty. Asia D'Amato thrilled with a 4th place that testifies to resilience and determination after past injuries.
Viola Lallo also shone in the Karate Kumite category (-55 kg), winning the title of Absolute Italian Champion for the third consecutive year, as well as a bronze at the 2025 European Championships and a gold at the Mediterranean Championship.
This year Paola Padovan set a new regional record in the javelin throw with the measure of 59.25 meters at the Atletica Triveneta Meeting. Thanks to this result, it has risen to fourth place in the Italian ranking ever.
Maria Luisa Garatti, marathon runner, graduated Italian Paralympic Champion in the 5000 meters and in the shot put. In addition, she was chosen as the torchbearer of the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Flame Journey, an immense honor that rewards her passion and strength to win despite Multiple Sclerosis.
Tao Technologies has continued to support the world of sport also through new partnerships, such as the one with the Italian School of Nordic Walking, and feats such as that of travel blogger Edoardo Massimo Del Mastro, who crossed Iceland supported by Taopatch®.
The social commitment has been further strengthened thanks to the continuity of collaborations with Città della Speranza and I Bambini delle Fate. Donations of light therapy tools have brought concrete support to two RSAs: the Sartor Center in Castelfranco Veneto (TV) and the Ca' dei Fiori association in Quarto d'Altino (VE), contributing to the reduction of pain and the improvement of the quality of life of the guests.
Training has proven to be a key pillar: in 2025, we welcomed more than 3,000participants to our 19 courses and organised 40 webinars dedicated to professionals.
We are proud of those who have distinguished themselves by becoming Nanotech Therapists® and deeply grateful to all the professionals who use Taopatch® nanotechnology every day to improve the health and well-being of patients.
2025 has been a year of growth, innovation and success in every sector, made possible by the continuous support to those who rely on nanotechnology as a tool to improve well-being and overcome their limits and look to the future with confidence.
